Raymond Terrace RSL Sub-Branch ANZAC Commemorative Luncheon

The Raymond Terrace RSL Sub-Branch will host an ANZAC Commemorative luncheon for Sub-Branch members and invited guests at the Raymond Terrace Bowling Club on the second Sunday of April, commencing at 12.00PM.

Raymond Terrace ANZAC Day Dawn Service

An ANZAC Day Dawn Service will be held at the Raymond Terrace War Memorial, ANZAC Park, Raymond Terrace (cnr Jacaranda Avenue; Port Stephens Street, and Glenelg Street), commencing at 05.50AM on 25th April.

Sub-Branch members will form up by 05.45AM in Jacaranda Street, Raymond Terrace, in front of the Raymond Terrace Bowling Club. Dignitaries, invited guests and members of the public are requested to arrive for the Service by 05.45AM.

Sub-Branch members will march approximately 150 meters to the War Memorial where the Service will commence. The duration of the Service is approximately 30 minutes.

On completion of the Service a “Gunfire” breakfast will be held in the Raymond Terrace Bowling Club.

Attendees are required to comply with all COVID-19 restrictions that are in force at the time.

Seaham ANZAC Day Service

An ANZAC Day March and Service will be conducted at the “Knitting Circle” Memorial on Newline Road, Seaham from 08.45AM – 09.30AM on 25th April.

The March participants will form up in Seaham Weir Park on East Seaham Road at 08.55AM and march approximately 300 meters to the Memorial on Newline Road.

The Service will commence at 09.00AM and run or approximately 30 minutes.

Attendees are required to comply with all COVID-19 restrictions that are in force at the time.

Raymond Terrace ANZAC Day March and Main Service

The Raymond Terrace RSL Sub-Branch will hold an ANZAC Day March and Main Service on 25th April, commencing at 10.30AM.

Sub-Branch Members and March participants will form up by 10.30AM in Sturgeon Street, Raymond Terrace, between Glenelg Street and William Street, along with marching dignitaries, a RAAF Contingent, Scouts, Guides, Air Cadets and other school representative groups. It is anticipated that the March will be accompanied by a band.

The March will move off at 10.40AM, marching to the War Memorial in ANZAC Park via Sturgeon Street, William Street and Port Stephens Street, arriving at the Memorial at approximately 10.55AM.

Dignitaries, invited guests and members of the public are requested to arrive for the Service by 10.45AM. The Service at the Memorial will commence at 11.00AM and the duration will be approximately 40 minutes.

Attendees are required to comply with all COVID-19 restrictions that are in force at the time.

A Remembrance Day Service will be held at the Raymond Terrace War Memorial, ANZAC Park, Raymond Terrace (cnr Jacaranda Avenue; Port Stephens Street, and Glenelg Street), commencing at 10.30AM on 11th November.

Sub-Branch members, dignitaries, invited guests and other attendees are requested to arrive for the Service by 10.20AM.

The duration of the Service is approximately 40 minutes.
